Absolutely great experience. First visit to Malaysia, travelled as part of a delegation. Chose one of the cheaper rooms (not Club). Nice room, good size, nice view, nice bathroom, free wifi, good A/C. Staff were very helpful at every opportunity - and was attentive to our every need. Breakfast very good - excellent selection of various cuisines.
